Ken has had an extensive career in consulting, as an IT Director and in technology product managment. At GRiD Systems, in the 1980s and 90s, Ken worked on marketing the first notebook computers and was a key participant in receiving the patent on the first tablet computer and first touch based ruggedized computer. Since joining Gartner in 1992, Ken has provided advisory services to mobile computing technology suppliers and to enterprise firms who procure and use the latest technology.
